This was a fun place to eat at! I have never eaten at a place that has the revolving sushi track. It was cool to just look at the sign of what kind of sushi it is and then you decide if you want it. Then you just take it off the track and chow down! The sushi is on small plates that you keep the empty plates until the very end once you are done. The server totals up the the total of empty plates and then you get charged per plate.

Met a girlfriend here for lunch. They open at 11:30 am and we were literally the first ones at 11:27 !!! By the time we sat down and ordered two hot green teas the place was filling up quickly. So make sure you're prepared to wait if you get here much past 11:30. It being my first time the server educated me on how the whole system works. Pretty cool actually. The options go around on the conveyor and you choose a plate you'd like to try. Each plate is $3.25. They total everything up based on the number of plates you have. Unless you're keeping track (which honestly who does ??) it's basically the honor system !! You can also order from a iPad that's conveniently located on the table. The server will either bring your selection or a Jetsonesque device slides down the conveyor and tells you that your order has arrived. I can't wait to take my grandchildren here !! I'm sure they'll find this intriguing. The fish was all very fresh. There was honestly nothing that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Atmosphere is lively but also quiet enough to be enjoyable. Highly recommend.

First things first, food was & is always amazing! Sometimes serves can be a bit off when it's super busy but tonight for my daughter's birthday it was incredible! She requested we come here & I'm so happy we did! Our reservations were for 5:30, we were seated right away! Our server was super quick to get our order & drink order in!! We always had our drinks filed & our server made sure we were taken care of! Chef was on point w the funny jokes & entertainment, as well! It truly felt like a show for the kids! Absolutely one of my favorite places, hasn't disappointed yet! We'll be back soon, again & again! Thanks for all the incredible service & food! My daughter's birthday was amazing thanks to you guys!

Yes. Yes.... and more yes! I have been to Las Vegas several times, and this has become one of my new favorite sushi establishments in all of Las Vegas. I will be back.... you can bet on it.

We had lunch here! The food was great and served on a rotating belt. There is also a bar and steakhouse tables. The big tables seat as many as 18 people! I highly recommend Sapporo!

I haven't been here for awhile but I was in the adjacent plaza across the street and figured a quick sushi lunch was just what I needed. Seated promptly, Kaitlin was my server...very responsive and professional. Conveyor belt sushi tends to be middle of the road as far as selection, quality etc... but Sapporo I think is a step or two up from the norm. My problem when I go to one is that I usually wind up eating more than when I go to an AYCE place and spend more due to the per plate price as opposed to the one AYCE price. But I guess since I don't really have to wait for a selection to be brought and I can just grab it off the belt. On to the food.... Today it seemed that the belt was salmon and tuna heavy as far as the nigiri choices... that's not bad , just saying.. I'm not a maki person anyway. I had a total of nine plates, mostly the aforementioned tuna and salmon choices. I did have surf clam and octopus and scallops and halibut as well. All the fish was chilled, decent size portions, not overwhelmed by the rice. A nice scoop of wasabi and ginger was brought as well, but not a little bowl to put the soy in. (I very rarely use much anyway). Sorry to say that there was no bbq eel nigiri on the conveyor, but I think that's probably because of the Americanized sushi choices. I did use the touch screen and robo-train dealie to order and receive a creamy tuna hand roll which was pretty tasty. Overall, pretty darn good, they did offer a military discount. Sorry, no photo's... most of these places pretty much look the same
